Bazar

In the toilet haha ;)
Bar of lovely cans :)

Friday I went out for dinner with one of my best friends, we went to Bazar, a restaurant near the Albert Cuyp (market).

It's a beautiful restaurant, it has a middle-east atmosphere and they have a delicious menu.
It's nice to try something different and it's definately going to be one of my new favourite hotspots.

J'adore le fabuleux Amelie

I've seen it for a thousand times but you can still wake me up in the middle of the night for my favourite movie; Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulin, I just love it.
I adore the whole setting, the French, romantic, authentic athmosphere is just amazing.
There are so many things that are recognisable, like in the beginning of the movie, when you see what the characters like or dislike. For example, squeezing bubbly plastic, who doesn't like that sound?! Or your skin that wrinkles when your a in bath for too long, which is awful.

That kind of things which people doesn't really mention or talk about is what I adore about this movie. It's about the simple things in life that make you happy, like putting your spoon in a cremé brulee or looking at the sky, and in the end, ofcourse, it's all about love!

And ofcourse, for everyone a really happy, amazing, lovely 2009!
